Cost of Sessions

My fee is consistent with the market rate for a Marriage and Family Therapist with my level of experience and training.

Given the changes in rates over time, I can tell you my current rate during our first 10 minute phone call before we book a session.

Insurance

I’ve chosen to keep my work-week focused on helping my clients and spending less hours doing billing, so I do not work with any insurance companies. I do recommend you contact your insurance and see how much they reimburse for an “out-of-network Marriage and Family Therapist”. If they will reimburse you for any portion of the fee I can provide you with a “superbill” which will have all the info needed to submit the claim to insurance.

Scholarships from Churches

If you work for a church or were referred by a church I recommend to see if they have a scholarship fund for therapy. If so, you or I (with your consent) can work with them to collaborate on the ratio/number of sessions they will cover and I can invoice them directly.
